March 11, 2019 – FragilePAK is pleased to announce its recent hire of Jim Mikrut. Mikrut will drive FragilePAK’s Business Development and Strategy as Chief Commercial Officer.

“We are beyond thrilled to have a leader like Jim Mikrut join the FragilePAK team,” FragilePAK CEO Joel Ritch said. “Jim brings an incredible amount of experience from working within the shipping industry and is the type of leader we want leading FragilePAK in the ever-changing world of shipping.

Mikrut combines his 24 years of experience and leadership into his new role as Chief Commerical Officer. Jim Mikrut was previously at SEKO Logistics as Vice President of Home Delivery Vertical where he managed a team of 74 professionals with a focus on growing relationships with Home Delivery partners and clients. Mikrut also held the same position at Home Direct where he led their Customer Success efforts focusing on Key Account satisfaction and Strategic Account Partnerships that led to a 20% increase in annual revenue for the company.

“It is an honor to work for FragilePAK as they have long been a force in the industry,” said Jim Mikrut. “I am looking forward to working with our partners and team more closely to build an even more outstanding initiative with FragilePAK’s Damage Free Delivery.
